1. Describe the operation of a lever-
The purpose of a lever is to raise and to fall depending on the pressure you put on either side of it. A lever can stop a car or even pick something up (your arm), but nomatter what it is, a lever is used to pick something up or move it.
2. What do you need to build a lever-
In order to build a lever you will need an object and a fulcrum, or an object that will be able to hit the ground or table. The fulcrum will pivot, causing one of the two ends to go up, and the other end to go down, and launch or pull whatever was on it.

Then when it came close to the finish line, he got a boost of power with allowed him to peddle, causing the wheels to rotate faster, which allowed him to win.
